This is your chance to get a flavour of the club without obligation; and it allows us to understand the swimmer's current level.
We look forward to meeting you.
NB: We accept swimmers aged 5+ who must already have achieved, or are working towards, NPTS Stage 4. This is the ability to swim 10m, know the leg kicks for all 4 strokes, and push off, tuck and float, and roll in the water.
