We run a land training session at Guildford Spectrum before the Sunday Senior Swim Squad training (6:05pm - 6:55pm)
This is to help our competitive swimmers with their strength, conditioning and flexibility.The sessions are run under the watchful eye of qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor Matt Osborne.
