Swimming Club

We run 2x land training sessions at Charterhouse Pool in the studio before the Sunday PreComp/Junior and Sunday Senior Swim Squad training (3.30-4.15pm and 4.45-5.45pm)

This is to help our competitive swimmers with their strength, conditioning and flexibility. The sessions are run under the watchful eye of qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor Matt Osborne.
