Welcome to Wey Valley Swimming Club

We are a friendly, thriving, inclusive and competitive swimming club in the Guildford / Godalming area with sessions at Charterhouse School (Godalming), Godalming Leisure Centre, Guildford Spectrum and Guildford High School for Girls. We are a non profit member/volunteer run club so please bear with us if you have an enquiry and do not get an immediate response.

WVSC Programme for competitive, masters and fitness swimmers

Our programme caters for a wide range of swimmers - we run swimming lessons, competitive training squads and swim training for fitness. We have 250 swimmers, aged from 5 to 50+. 

We have SwimMark accreditation from Swim England (formerly the Amateur Swimming Association). This Quality Mark recognises clubs that are committed to providing safe, effective and quality services for the benefit of their members.

We have regular trials for our teaching groups on Sundays at Charterhouse Pool. If we don't have space now, there is usually a short waiting list.

If you're thinking of joining, please browse our website to find out more about the club; and then click How to Join. We will then organise a trial for your swimmer. The club caters for all abilities and we are one of the only clubs in the area that do not have the early morning training sessions. All our sessions are either evenings or through Sunday late afternoon. *Please note we require a minimum of 1 months notice on any changing to sessions so we can affect billing.
