How to Join Wey Valley
Interested in joining?
Just complete and submit our 'Trial Request' form and we will get back to you by email to arrange a free trial session. This is your chance to get a flavour of the club without obligation; and it allows us to understand the swimmer's current level. After your trial we will provide coach feedback and suggest the right session/squad which is applicable for your swimmer.
Trials are usually arranged for the second Sunday of the month at Charterhouse, with trials for our squads taking place more regularly.
Please be aware, we are a volunteer run club, so if you don't get a response immediately, as sometimes it does take a few days to catch up. To ensure replies reach you (and not your Junk email) put [email protected] in your safe list.
Offering you a place
After your trial places will be offered by email based on the coaches assessment and subject to space being available in the part of the club considered most suitable.
Becoming a Member
Assuming you accept our offer, we ask you to complete a membership form and agree a start date with you - usually the beginning of the next caldendar month for billing purposes. After your details are entered on the club database, you then receive communication from the club, including your initial membership invoice, by email.
Our Policies
When you join, you agree to abide by the club's rules and policies.
Billing occurs monthly in arrears, and we require a minimum of 1 month's notice (ideally 2 months) from the start of the month to make any changes that affect fees.
