Rother League
Write up in the paper today and press release is on the website. It was a tough gala for the children and if any are feeling down about it then go through the press bits with them. We were swimming against clubs one or two divisions higher than us and in the next two rounds we will be swimming against clubs in our own division so it will get better. The cutting from the paper is wider that A4 so I cannot scan it but I will pop it on the board tomorrow.
The team for round two on the 21st June was announced last night.
Well done Oliver
Sharon Gourlay reports that by this time last year we had only had one new club record, at this point we have had 9 and counting. Well done to Oliver Goodlud who has broken 5 club records and at this rate will need a larger bedroom to put all his certificates up in!

No shoes at Godalming
Godalming now have a policy that no shoes are to be allowed in the changing rooms. They would like all swimmers to either take their shoes off before entering the changing rooms or use the covers that are available outside the door please.
kit
We have two volunteers now to help with club kit, we need one more to assure that we have coverage across the whole week. If you were thinking about helping but did not fancy taking the kit on on your own, then now is the perfect time to step forward as you will only be doing a third of the work!
