Information about the club including session times, locations and fees can be found in About Us. Anyone interested in joining the club is welcome to attend one free trial session, by prior arrangement with one of our coaches, by filling out and submitting the form below.

Offer of a place at Wey Valley is dependant on space being available in the part of the club considered most suitable, based on an assessment of current ability in the water.

On joining the club we send you a welcome letter and ask you to complete a membership form. Your details are then entered on the club database which enables the treasurer to send you an invoice by email three times a year with details of term dates and the cost of training/membership. Payment is due on 1st January, 1st May and 1st September. Please pay promptly and note that if fees are not paid within 30 days your child cannot be allowed to swim because they will not be covered by the club's insurance policy. When you join you agree to abide by the club rules and policies. We would like to draw your attention in particular to the club's code of conduct for parents/guardians. We will supply paper copies, on request to the club secretary, Chris Michael.

When you complete the membership form you will be asked to provide details of any medical condition or allergies that may be relevant should your child fall ill or be involved in an accident while at the club. For the safety of your child please ensure you tell us of any change in this information promptly. Also ensure we have your up to date home and emergency contact details.
