Personal Bests for each swimmer are stored in an online database. This holds all officially recorded short course PB's (i.e. those swum in 25m pools). It may also hold a time
swum in a 50m pool if that time was faster than the existing PB time. The reason for this is that the ASA recognises that short course times are always faster than long course times
and that most kids don't get a chance to swim long course.
Recognition of Personal Best progression can be made by the achievement of
ASA competitive award badges (bronze, silver, gold and platinum). To gain an ASA competitive award it doesn't
matter what age you are or where you come in your race, you just have to achieve the time and stroke criteria.
Search the database by filling in one or more fields (e.g. stroke, distance or your name) of the form below to refine your search. The results are sorted in time order - fastest first.
