Wey Valley's Chief Coach is Chris Becket. Chris has been a swimming teacher since 1977 and, after a spell of coaching at Farnham Swimming Club, ran his own training school in Farnham. He is currently a Recreation Manager at Connaught Leisure Centre, Aldershot.

He is ably assisted by a team of ASA teachers and assistant teachers.
